- A wide range of free-to-client hearing devices
- Optional annual maintenance services
- Fitting of hearing devices
- Consultations with hearing professionals
- Communication training

Who is eligible?
Eligibility for the Hearing Services Program in Australia
The Hearing Services Program has two components with distinct eligibility criteria:
Voucher Scheme:
You may qualify if you are:
- An Australian citizen or permanent resident (including Norfolk Island residents)
- Aged 21 or older
- And belong to one of these categories:
- Pensioner Concession Card holder (or spouse)
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Gold or White Card holder (hearing-related conditions)
- Australian Defence Force member (active or reserves in full-time service)
- Referred by a Disability Employment Service
Community Service Obligations (CSO):
You are eligible if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident and:
- Under 26 years old
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander aged 50+ or part of specific community programs
- Eligible for the voucher scheme and:
- Reside in a remote area (Modified Monash Model 6 or 7)
- Require specialist hearing services (e.g., severe hearing loss or cochlear implants)
Note: Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders are not eligible. NDIS participants may qualify if they meet program criteria.
